About
You know that feeling you get when you use a really good app? A couple of taps and some magic happens…
We exist to help you build and implement that technology inside your enterprise.
Thanks to cloud computing, we are deploying open, mobile and social applications, faster and more effectively than ever before.
We work with amazing technology partners and we love what we do.
Why? The clue is in our name.
Welcome to our Social Enterprise.
Now meet the team…
CEO & Founder – Mark Richards
As Chief Evangelist, Mark cares passionately about creating enterprises that redefine what “work” means. With the goal of releasing everyone from tedious admin and letting all loose to create their own art in the workplace, he’s glad to have found a technology partner in salesforce who share the same vision. The only question is: are you going to join him on this journey? When he’s not doing this, he’s probably entering into a battle of wills with his two year old son – Nathaniel.
Managing Director – Matt Cooksley
Having spent 15 years advising businesses of all sizes across many industries to grow and become successful, Matt is now doing it from the inside, combining his background in consulting, finance, entrepreneurship and strategy to take Make Positive forward to the next level.

Head of Services – Steve Hamilton
Being an Australian in England, Steve is extremely passionate about BBQ’ing in this glorious English weather and any sports where Australia dominate. Primarily cricket, rugby, hockey and cycling – although he admits that the Aussies don’t seem to be doing too well at the moment… Steve is very much an advocate of the agile way of working for cloud based implementations.
Head of Human Resources – Claire Jaques
As Head of HR, Claire is responsible for looking after Make Positive’s most important asset – our People. Claire is passionate about driving forward an HR Strategy that not only achieves organisational goals but also ensures that our talent is developed, managed and rewarded properly. Out of hours, Claire is kept on her toes by her two young children. She’s recently been introduced to the world of sprint triathlons, and she is also a keen baker – her brownies and carrot cake have been a big hit in the office.

India Practice Lead – Manu Dewan
With a background of a number of years of working across the globe in various capacities on the Force.com platform, Manu is now setting up the development centre for Make Positive in Gurgaon, India, where he’s busy putting together a team of some of the finest cloud consultants and developers in the region.
Manu’s an extra-friendly chap with an infectious smile who believes in living for the moment and spreading happiness while he’s at it. He also likes to think of himself as a Cloud Computing Evangelist with a strong belief in the Social Enterprise being the very near future of successful companies worldwide.
When work is over, he spends his day and weekends with his 8 and 6 year old boys who are as passionate about movies and outings as him.

Sales Executive (SFDC North) – Dave Hands
Dave looks after all things in the Midlands and the North. He firmly believes that our customers and our business partners always come first – we are nothing without either of these. So he does everything he can to make sure everyone is happy, and positive!
When he’s not working, two young children pretty much consume whatever time Dave has spare, but even then he manages to fit in plenty of music, a few films, and the occasional fiery curry and good bottle of vino…
